• The AIM Hanemian Architects Agency was created in 1976 in Paris by Jean Hanemian DESA-DIUP (Diplômé de l’Ecole Spéciale d’Architecture-Diplômé de l’Institut d’Urbanisme de Paris). 

•  The Agency accepts commissions in all areas of architectural design (residential accommodation, offices, shopping malls, hotels, medical centres, industrial buildings, etc), and undertakes renovation, as well as designing new buildings.

• The appropriate administrative negotiations are also handled by the Agency (building permit applications, compliance with legal requirements, etc).

• The Agency team includes architects and town planners, as well as interior designers, and has specialized increasingly in environment-friendly architecture and sustainable development. High Environmental Quality (HEQ) buildings with low energy consumption on sustainable ecological principles are a speciality of the Agency, at the same time guaranteeing optimum use of available space to ensure economic viability.
