OUR RESOURCES

The agency’s office is located in Paris, 196 Avenue Victor Hugo. It occupies a whole floor of the building with private offices, meeting rooms and open spaces.

The latest technical facilities are available to the architects: server, fixed computers, networked work stations, portable computers, AO graphic facility, ink jet A3 printers, photocopier, scanner, books and periodicals, on-line subscriptions to legislation relating to building and planning. The software used by the team is Autodesk-Autocad, Autocad Architecture, Rewit, and Sketch’Up, Rhinoceros, Accurender, Artlantis, Adobe Photoshop, Suite Office and MS Project

AIM Hanemian Architects agency can call upon a network of professionals in diverse disciplines (historians, economists, philosophers, landscape specialists, structural engineers, air conditioning heating system specialists, sustainability specialists…). Every new project requires a team to be put together to deal specifically with the specific problems it may pose.

The architectural team of the Agency is fluent in nine languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish, Armenian, Polish, Rumanian, Ara­bic and Hebrew). This enables AIM Hanemian Architects to work confidently on a wide international scale. The process is mutually enriching and enables the commissioning clients to work more efficiently worldwide.

BIM

To emphasize the work between the client, the architects, the engineers and the contractors, AIM Hanemian Architects is very keen to use the BIM solution. We have developed a BIM model to share the information with the best possible quality.

Our BIM Model is set up for all the phases of the project. For the concep­tion phase, the team works on the same computerized model, delivering to each one their own responsibilities. At any time, the client can check the stage of the work. During the building phase, the BIM Model is used to find the solutions for all the contractor’s needs and reservations.

At the end of the building phase, the BIM Model provides a 3D final document which will be used to manage and maintain the building during all of its life.
