MV4 Parunion office building

For this commission the Agency was invited to plan the complete reconstruction and decoration of a Haussmannian building and another to the rear of the courtyard located on rue de Magdebourg in Paris, while the premises were occupied.

The work began in 2004 and was completed in 3 phases.

In the first phase the rear courtyard building was entirely redesigned to provide a meeting room and offices on the first floor.

The next phase involved the building at the side, which contained offices: a space planning and interior design phase. Finally, at the front of the building a reception desk area was created, together with offices and meeting rooms. These provided the finishing touch to this large scale development in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris.
